Resolutions for 2026

Best wishes for a happy, healthy and prosperous New Year. Here are my resolutions for 2026.

1. Complete improvements at 4 Richmond Townhouse Road and open for residents to use.

2. Complete road projects funded in 2025-26 budget - Wilbur Hill & Pine Hill to start.

3. Develop a budget that continues to invest in town employees and infrastructure with little or no impact on tax payers.

4.  Continue to revise and simplify licensing ordinances to provide clarity and reduce burdens on businesses.

5. Support community events that bring residents together to share fellowship.

6. Collaborate with the EDC and RICH to retain and grow existing businesses while fostering new commercial development.

7. Engage cooperatively with fellow Town Council members to find solutions to issues that are fair and in the best interest of Richmond and its residents.

8. Be re-elected to the Town Council.
